The Schedule
Stark Class Progression
At Stark we organize our classes in terms of intensity and complexity.
- Complexity = how many different options you have per game.
- Intensity = how tough the classes are physically.
- Ideally you start with Bootcamp, then move to Beginner, then try Intermediate and Standing when you feel ready.
- We recommend doing at least 20 beginner classes before trying the intermediate and standing classes.
- For All Levels classes, the class will vary depending on who is there.
Overview of the classes
Open mat & sparring
- Monday / Wednesday / Saturday open mats: members only.
- Friday sparring + Sunday open mat: open to everyone — feel free to train with us.
- Exceptions: when a coach or competitor personally invites someone to train with them specifically.
