Membership Faq

  1. Can I pause my membership?
Yes. You can pause your membership for up to 4 weeks per year for any reason. If you need to pause for longer, we’ll ask for a doctor’s note stating how long you won’t be able to train.

Please don’t send any medical details—just the note confirming the time period.

  1. How do I cancel my membership?
We’re sorry to see you go! Before we process your cancellation, please fill in our short form here: Membership Cancellation Form. This helps us understand how we can improve. 👀We will only cancel your membership after receiving the form.

If your request is time-sensitive due to an upcoming renewal, don’t worry—if you emailed us before your next billing date but we reply late, we’ll refund any charged amount.

  1. What if I signed up for the Bootcamp but can’t make it?
No problem. If a scheduling issue comes up, we’ll happily move you to another Bootcamp group that fits your availability.
