Shay is a world-class competitor fighting out "The Grip House & ECJJA" in Schotland and Ireland. He was the number 1 rooster weight from IBJJF in both the Gi and No-Gi brown belt division. It's no wonder that all of this major success led to him ultimately getting his black belt from a well-renowned bjj coach Darragh O'Conaill.
